Q: Mr President, please explain why the USA, in your opinion, was not a great country until the mid 1960's?

Dear Mr. President,

America is the place of my birth. It is the birth place of my family members that preceded me and those that will follow me. By the time I started school I already knew how great this place was. I already got a tingle when a flag went by in a parade and I loved the Pledge of Allegiance. America did not become great in the 1960’s, she had already been great for almost 200 years at that point. Shame on you.
